Sr. Driector of Dining Service
Brenda has been serving the Horacemann Community for the past six years and a member of the Compass Group for 16 years. She oversees all three Campuses and over 30 associates. Her mission each day is simply to extend warm hospitality and provide a healthy and nutritious meal.
Mark is a new member of our team bringing with him a wealth of Culinary Talent. His training began at The New York Institute of Culinary Education and expanded to France when he was an apprentice to Michel Rostang a renowned Executive Chef at the Michel Rostang Restaurant famous throughout France. Although Mark is French trained he loves to cook Indian and German food.
Laura is a graduate of Johnson's & Whales with a Bachelor in culinary nutrition & and Minor and traveling writing. Her passions includes seasonal foods, artisan micro brews and the beach. She has been cooking and tasting foods of all cultures for as long as she can remember.
Kimberly passions comes from her father, who is a chef and has worked in place like the Russian Tea Room in NYC. Kimberly is currently the Chef at the Nursery School and loves exploring new foods with the children.
Steven is the Chef at the Upper School and specializes in Vegetarian and Vegan Dishes. Steven also makes the most delicious soups. Be sure to try some of his dishes.
Viviana is originally from Colombia and came to America when she was a young teenager.. She is currently attending night school in pursuit of a bachelor degree then her Masters in Finance.
